We'd reckoned that the Firebug and Hybrid models were about as simple as a stove can be but this wee fellow shows that development never ends!

By simplifying the moving parts, build cost is reduced to a minimum while retaining strength.

Suitable for a studio, workshop, or cottage kitchen, with optional 'wings' for extra hot plates on the sides, to supplement the top hot plate. Also available as Woodbug version

We have taken some of the ideas developed for the Firebug and grafted them on to a truncated 'Sumo', to minimise build-time costs. 

As with all our stoves, the basic design can be altered to suit different circumstances

This was the wood burner with which we first started to develop the pyramidal design principles that culminate in the Sumo.

By transferring some of the detail of the Sumo (essentially the door design) back to the old Aztec, we are pleased to reintroduce this successful model.

All the principles of economic combustion are there in nature! 

After years of stretching and tugging, the old box stove has evolved, through the Aztec and Flame hugger series, to assume the natural shape of a flame.

A multi-fuel space heater, evolved from the Little Devil design.

Again, the advantages of re-shaping the traditional box are numerous: tilting the square shape at 45 degrees allows for much fuller loading, while the angled front makes for easier and safer access. The fuel charge always collapses to the centre of the stove.
